Mr. Jacob Chase is the Senior Taxation counsel in the Xu Law Offices.

 

Mr. Chase is an experienced accountant. During his 20-year career in the accounting, he assisted midsize and boutique companies in the bookkeepings, payrolls, disputes and other tax issues. He dedicated to helping clients achieve business success by establishing sound and practical objectives, including clearing the tax obstacles for the business and private clients. He has distinguish advantage in negotiation, communication with tax authorities, both at federal and state levels.

 

Mr. Chase was graduated from the University of Hawaii in Accounting & Taxation major.  He has been the Hawaii Director for The Institute of Management Accountants, the President of the IMA subchapter for Oahu, and served as Vice President of the Women’s accounting Chapter in Honolulu. He was the initiative accountant in three Hawaii accounting firms.

 

After he relocated to the New York, Mr. Chase has worked for a large accounting firm in Manhattan, where he specialized in taxation. At that firm, his responsibilities were managing the accounting firm and overseeing corporate, partnership, non-profit income taxation, New business formation, payroll reporting and tax audits in New York.
