Ms. Margaret E. White, Esq. is the Senior Family Law of Counsel in the Xu Law Offices.

 

Ms. White is an experienced family law litigator. She has won Award for Commitment to Justice/Outstanding Solo Practitioner of the Year from In Motion/Network for
Women's Services for pro bono services at Bronx clinic. During her 30-year legal career in the family law, she performed uncontested and contested divorces, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, child support, custody, relocation, visitation, paternity, orders of protection, and termination of parental rights. She also Served as trial attorney for Care and Protection and CHINS matters. Served as Hampden County Children's Law Project, Law Guardian, Court Investigator for Juvenile Court, Hampshire and Franklin Counties Guardian ad litem/GAL for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; GAL Panel, Hampshire and Franklin Counties; and GAL Panel, Category F. She also has experience in all aspects of arbitration preparation, practicing before the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers.

 

Ms. White was graduated from the University of Massachusetts for Bachelor degree with Award Revson Fellowship in 1987.  She received her JD from the City University of New York Law School.

 

Ms. White is licensed to practice in New York State, and United States Supreme Court.
